How are credits charged? expand_more
After each task we bill real cost—model tokens plus crawl/tool spend—then convert with the platform target margin into credits. Whichever model you pick (or the agent picks), settlement follows actual usage.
What can I do on Free? expand_more
Daily login credits for task chat only. Prospecting, enrichment, watch, and auto outreach require a paid plan.
What does “companies watched at once” mean? expand_more
Active Watch subjects that still get scheduled collection—not lifetime history. Turning watch off frees a slot; past signals and outreach history stay.
What if I run out of credits? expand_more
Billable actions show a toast when credits run out. Subscribers can buy top-ups or upgrade; top-ups do not raise watch or list limits. Subscription credits are granted each period and do not roll over. Spend order: subscription/top-up first, then daily grants. Free users cannot buy top-ups.
Do subscription credits roll over? expand_more
No. Each billing period grants a fresh subscription balance; unused credits do not move to the next period (same pattern as Accio and most SaaS credit memberships). Daily login grants follow their own daily rules.
Do you offer annual billing? expand_more
Yes—monthly or annual (about 20% off). Upgrades apply immediately with proration; downgrades take effect next cycle.
