• Run AI-assisted workflows you request (drafts, research aids, rankings, summaries) and show results in your workspace.
• Process payments and manage subscriptions.
• Send service notices; send marketing only where permitted and with opt-out.
• Analyze aggregated usage to improve reliability and product design.
• Detect abuse, enforce Terms, and comply with law.

3. AI processing

Prompts and workspace context you submit may be sent to third-party model providers solely to generate the outputs you request. We do not sell your Project customer lists. We do not use your private Project content to train our own foundation models unless you explicitly opt in to a future program that says otherwise.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use essential cookies for authentication, locale preference, and security. We may use analytics cookies (for example Google Analytics on the marketing site) to understand traffic. You can control cookies via browser settings; disabling essential cookies may break sign-in or language preference.

5. Sharing

We share personal information with processors who help run the Services under contractual confidentiality and purpose limits, which may include hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, and AI model APIs.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or asset transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.

We may process data in countries other than where you are located. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) for cross-border transfers.

7. Retention

We retain account and Project data while your account is active and as needed for backups, disputes, security, and legal obligations. After account deletion requests, we delete or de-identify personal data within a reasonable period unless law requires longer retention (for example billing records).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures (including encryption in transit, access controls, and hashed passwords). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact contact@opcclaw.co to make a request. We may need to verify your identity. EEA/UK users may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

The Services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy and will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Policy.
